Versatility

Pedrotti dryers are suitable to dry all kinds of grain, besides soybeans, sunflower, oilseed rape, peas, and beans. There is also a specific range for the paddy rice drying process: this is a very fragile cereal that needs special attention during the whole process, lower and more constant drying temperatures and longer timings.

The extreme stability and precision in heating temperatures and the absolute uniformity in the moisture level of the dried crops, allow our dryer to work with mostly all kinds of grains and oleaginous.

The movement of the crops inside the dryer bin can be produced both by internal augers systems or by external elevators (only on fix dryers), to grant the maximum delicacy in drying treatment even on the softer kinds of seed.

Regarding the oleaginous, highly flammable seeds such as oilseed rape and sunflower, the risk of fire are practically not present in our dryer due to the stability of the burners, the overheating alarms, and the Driving Line Control sensor, that constantly check the proper moving of all the grains.
